Writer Bio: In her first book, a memoir, Headstrong: Surviving a traumatic brain injury, JoAnne Silver Jones tells of her journey from suffering an act of random violence that left her with a severe traumatic brain injury, to the publication of her memoir, at age 73, and entry into the world of writing. She is Professor Emeritus at Springfield College, an avid sports fan, news junky, ocean lover and dog worshiper. She and her wife divide their time between Santa Cruz, California and Northampton, MA. She continues to write and is waiting on her muse to guide her into her next book.
